Introducing London's Sally Bean Couture
Brides-to-be dreaming of bespoke bridal loveliness are going to love Sally Bean Couture's designs. After...
In 2012 I met my future husband at my sister's wedding. He was based in London when I was living in Texas, which meant our relationship was long distance for two years. While it was amazing when he came over to visit me, being apart was not easy at all and I used food as comfort when I missed him.
During this period, anytime I went to the gym I didn't know where to start and struggled for motivation. The treadmill was my go to, then I'd use the cross trainer and weights, but I would get bored and give up. Six months before our wedding, I realised, if I didn't make a change now, I would never do it. My biggest fear was not feeling good on our big day, so I trained three times a week.
I was incredibly happy on my wedding day and felt so good in my own skin. Going through my journey made me want to help others on theirs, so I decided to quit my job as an office manager, qualify as a PT and jumped straight into the industry with Orangetheory Fitness when I moved to the UK!
Orangetheory Fitness runs highly-effective one-hour interval based classes designed to enhance your holistic wellbeing - comprising of treadmill, rowing and floor exercises. The workout utilises wearable heart-rate technology to help members achieve results from the inside out.
