As I type, we’re on the brink of a new decade and there’s something so promising about the year 2020 that, despite all the political hoo-hah (let us not utter the ‘B’ word here in wedding land), I can’t help but fizz with excitement about the big-day looks we’ll see this year. From the new fashion to the styling trends to come, there’s one word that seems to underlie it all, and that’s ‘sustainable’ – and we’re utterly here for that. As the team at Hammersmith & Fulham’s Clockwork Building prove in the shoot featured on page 83, eco-friendly can be gasp inducingly pretty.
Talking shoots, have we got some corkers for you in our ‘looking your best’ special on page 65, while our real weddings section (page 44) is bursting with W-day inspiration.
