Gorvey Henry Cakes bears the name of the Virgin Islands' and Caribbean's most talented cake artist Gorvey Henry who has recently relocated to the United Kingdom, London to bring his mastery of cakes to share in the happiest of occasions.
Trained at the New England Culinary Institute at HLSCC, Virgin Islands then at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, New York and also at Le Cordon Bleu, London this cake "magician" has devoted his time and training to bring a new level of ALL edible cakes to the well deserving clients who seek only the best for their special celebration.
Following his own personal mantra, “Life is a Buffet, Eat as much as you Can” Gorvey Henry Cakes gives clients the choice of unique cake flavours and icings Each cake consultation begins with a tasting where you can choose or let your pallet dictate the flavours that will combine best to make your cake drams cone true.
