What can you expect at Natural History Museum?
Located in South Kensington, The Natural History Museum is an iconic landmark. One of Britain's most striking examples of Romanesque architecture, the terracotta building is considered a work of art in its own right. From the imposing gargoyles on the façade to the intricate interior details, every design element pays homage to the natural world.
Offering exclusive hire of its magnificent spaces, guests will have a truly remarkable experience. From standing under Hope, the 25-metre-long blue whale skeleton suspended from the ceiling of Hintze Hall, to viewing Sophie, the world's most complete stegosaurus fossil in Earth Hall, as well as 80 million other specimens.
Let's celebrate!
The Darwin Centre is the museum's newest wing, and its courtyard is ideal for a summer wedding or drinks reception. With its stunning glass atrium surrounding the breathtaking Cocoon Gallery, the Darwin Centre is strikingly contemporary.
The venue's largest space is Hintze Hall (450 ceremony guests and 650 evening guests) – its iconic Victorian architecture and soaring arches create a remarkable setting. Alternatively, parties can dine and dance the night away in the celestial Earth Hall (170 ceremony guests and 200 evening guests), and raise a toast next to the resident stegosaurus fossil. There are also a number of charming smaller galleries for more intimate nuptials.
We love...
