Check out wedding cake inspo galore at London's Cake International

The world's biggest and best-loved cake decoration show, Cake International is hitting the road with Cake International on Tour.

Taking place at ExCeL London from the 4th to 6th April, alongside the Creative Craft Show, the show will bring a slice of the flagship event at the NEC to London with an incredible display of sugarcraft talent, with over 500 competition entries expected from across the globe.

At the London show, there will be an impressive wedding feature encompassing two life size figures – a bride and groom. The bride's face will be sculpted by Emma Jayne and the groom's by Marc Suarez. The bride and wedding arch will be adorned with flowers made by Graziella Augier and Celine Ceyzeriate.

As well as this impressive feature, there will be wedding-inspired workshops including Floral Hoop making (set to be a huge wedding cake trend for 2019) and Butterfly and Signature Roses Hand painting.

Melanie Underwood, show organiser, Cake International said: “From jaw-dropping competition entries, to floral bridal headpieces and wedding cakes, visitors will be in awe of what can be created with sugarcraft. This show brings a real taste of our flagship November show to London and will also be packed with the latest supplies for cake fans to stock up on, plus we have some of the industry's leading experts running demos and workshops.”
