Please give us an overview of your business and what makes you different?
We are London-based balloon artists and venue decorators. We have a team of creative, patient and enthusiastic individuals who love what they do. Our goal is to bring the wow factor and a smile to our clients' faces. We are very approachable and flexible in every sense and that's what makes us different.

What's your background and why did you launch your business?
I studied business management and accounting at university, but my childhood passion, and still to this day, is wedding planning, decorating and being part of making those around me feel special and bringing them happiness.

What's your favourite type of wedding to work on?
I don't have a specific favourite, as each one is different, unique and beautiful in its own way. I also love new experiences and love learning something new everyday. Whether its a very simple ceremony or a grand wedding, I want to be a part of it.

What's your top tip for couples planning a wedding?
I suggest creating a mind map. Choose your theme, colours, personalisations and budget. I always tell my clients that no budget is too small, we can always make your day look special regardless of your wedding budget.

How has your business handled the coronavirus crisis?
I have a lovely bride-to-be who is a hospital nurse. Of course with the heroic work they've been carrying out during the current pandemic, I feel so humbled and blessed to be a part of her special day. As she's busy at work with long shifts, I've been doing my absolute best to help her with her wedding, while she is with caring for all the patients during these difficult times.
