Keep your wedding scheme alive at home
It's no surprise couples often suffer from the wedding blues after their nuptials, but with peak wedding...
Sustainable stylists and wardrobe consultants Grace & Gadsby has announced the launch of The Loop, a London-based luxury bridal resale website, selling a curated edit of covetable preloved designs for the modern bride. Starting with a brand partnership with luxury British designer Jenny Packham, the website promises to be a trusted resource for thoughtful wedding looks from the big-day dress or registry office outfit through to the party look and beyond.
Launching with a small selection of carefully chosen pieces from global brands such at Khaite, Cult Gaia, Brandon Maxwell, Valentino and Jenny Packham, every few months will see Loop Drops, where fresh stock will land on the site from notable luxury brand collaborations as well as upcoming designers. Special pieces will be selected from sample and archive collections – which would otherwise collect dust – making it perfect for brides who are passionate about sustainable practices. The Loop also offers tailoring and customisation services, from embroidered initials, a recycled crystal neckline or feather trims.
The Loop sets out to amplify the belief that, considering the finite resources needed to create luxury clothing, more thought should be given to their lifecycles thereafter. Their mission is to inspire brides to adopt this mindset too.
