Swift Shoreditch hosting a delicious savoury pop-up
This May from Friday 27th to Saturday 28th, the award-winning Swift Shoreditch will be hosting a pop-up by the talented duo from Bait Restaurant in collaboration with Reyka vodka. The pop-up will see a beautiful play on Swift's cocktail offering using Reyka's vodka to pick up on some of Bait's traditional nautical themes. The curated cocktail menu will see serves such as the Crater Lake made with: Reyka, blanc vermouth, absenteroux and caviar or for a fruity fix we recommend the Westfjord, made with mandarin and raspberry - this is set to bring in those sweet notes as you indulge in Bait's savory brunch spread.
From anchovy toast with, pan catalan sauce to maldon oyster with creme fraiche sprinkled with lemon zest and finished with caviar this menu brings you all the delectable flavours from the sea into light and refreshing bites for you and your friends to toast away the weekend in style!
