London’s Bodyism has launched a wedding package for couples wanting to feel their best on their special day. 

The bride and groom will be able to train side by side in preparation for their nuptials at the members-only wellness studio and café in the heart of Westbourne Grove.

Based on Bodyism’s expert methodology your journey will begin with a body oracle consultation to assess overall health and wellbeing. Training will take place with a team of specialists  who’ll create a personalised movement programme based on your specific needs to achieve sustainable results.

As part of the wedding package, clients will receive a three-month Bodyism membership, eight private personal training sessions per month, unlimited access to classes and a skincare consultation with Tarryn Bespoke Skincare – a leading skincare specialist. Tarryn fuses holistic, scientific and medical research to create treatments that meet physical and emotional needs, including advanced facials, facial massage and body shaping.

Outside the gym Bodyism will offer access to luxury brands such as Emilia Westwick and Gemima Diamonds. Offering brides, a private consultation at both luxury houses to browse dresses and wedding bands. 
Bodyism, Notting Hill is open daily from 7am to 8pm and offers 10 different types of membership to choose from starting at £130 per month. For those wanting to embark on the wedding package, the couple price is £4,000 per person.
