New Notting Hill hotel set to open this summer

Introducing Ruby Zoe Hotel & Bar, the new carnival-themed hotel set to open in Summer 2023 in the heart of Notting Hill.

Inspired by the annual Notting Hill Carnival, British-Trinidadian visual artist Zak Ové designed the property to celebrate the district’s diverse culture and history. St Pancras International is less than 20 minutes away while Heathrow Airport is around half an hour’s journey, making it an ideal location for business or leisure travellers.
